Lynne is now offering gluten-free residential cookery courses at her beautiful 19th century French Farmhouse in the Charente Maritime region. The courses, designed for beginners, will run over several days and can be included within a longer stay giving plenty of time to take in both the Cognac region and the local vineyards.
