Le Chene Vert Cooking School

Lynn Adams, owner of Le Chene Vert in South West France recently contacted me about her exciting new venture. Lynne is now offering gluten-free residential cookery courses at her beautiful 19th century French Farmhouse in the Charente Maritime region. The courses, designed for beginners, will run over several days and can be included within a longer stay giving plenty of time to take in both the Cognac region and the local vineyards. The courses in May and September this year are a great idea to learn how to get the best out of gluten-free cuisine whilst enjoying the best that France has to offer.
